What you will do
Implement existing and new sourcing methods
Research and choose job advertising options
Promote the employer brand
Promote the business in specific markets
Set and achieve quarterly plans
Develop and execute online marketing initiatives to attract target audiences
Collect data for insights and take action on these
Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunity
Work closely with the leadership team to maximise opportunities
Provide support, coaching and subject matter expertise to team members
Interview prospects
Engage with ongoing training and professional development
What you will not do
Cold calling prospects
Spamming anyone
Pressure selling
