We now have a vacancy for a*Senior Receptionist Barrow office*As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the face of Poole Townsend, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our clients and team members alike. You will lead by example, providing exemplary customer service and ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly.Your role will involve:* Serving as a mentor and role model for our reception team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.* Overseeing daily operations at the front desk, including managing appointments, handling inquiries, and coordinating administrative tasks.* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.* Taking the lead in resolving any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.* Implementing best practices and procedures to optimise efficiency and enhance customer experience.* Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration.Requirements:* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with proven leadership experience.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.* Proficient in Microsoft office* A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.*The closing date for completed applications is 9:00am, Tuesday 30**th** April.*_We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
