Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious and diverse, Quantity Surveying team in London are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working across a variety of public sector projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi-disciplinary, UK wide construction consultancy which has put a lot of effort into expanding their London offering, and the London QS Director is now looking to hire another Senior Quantity Surveyor having secured a couple of new projects acorss the Southeast.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with the quantity surveyors in London to deliver public sector residential, universities, ad hoc healthcare, private schools and more.

Career wise, there are a couple of options. One, to progress into Associate Director and build a team around you. Or two, take on a project delivery, technical Senior Quantity Surveyor role and enjoy running multiple projects.

PQS/Consultancy background
Able to deliver work, pre and post contract
Comfortable working across different project sectors
Employers Agent/Project Management experience would be a bonus
MRICS or completed a construction related degreeIn Return?

£65,000 - £70,000
27 days annual leave + bank holidays
