Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of London's most successful specialist civil engineering contractors is looking to strengthen it's commercial team following recent growth and a healthy forward pipeline.

They take on schemes, typically �20m to �50m, as a principal contractor focussing on the following scope:

• Enabling works/demolition


• Basement excavation


• Temporary works/piling/groundworks


• Superstructure

Projects tend to be centred around the city of London/West End, so naturally you'll need to be based within reach of zone one/zone two.

It's expected you'll be capable of picking up a couple of�projects concurrently (or one major project).�You'll have project based Assistants/QS's full-time and so you'll be spending most of your time working between your�schemes as well as catching up with the Commercial Director at HO.

In a ideal world, you'll have...

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar


2. Five to ten years experience as a Project QS on London projects


3. Experience running schemes �10m and above�


4. Experience with enabling, civils and structures projects

Salary: To �110k + bens
