Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Employer’s Agent to join their dynamic and growing team. This role will involve managing multiple projects, primarily in the housing association sector, including high-rise flats, housing schemes up to 100 units, and new build care homes. The successful candidate will oversee between 4 to 8 developments simultaneously, ensuring high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage multiple developments, ranging from high-rise flats to housing schemes and new build care homes.
  • Provide expert quantity surveying and employer’s agent services from project inception through to completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits across East Anglia to ensure project milestones are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with directors and project teams to deliver exceptional results for leading care operators, housing associations, local authorities, and private development companies.
  • Utilise strong knowledge of Section 106 agreements and demonstrate a proven track record in housing association projects.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused services.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Surveying is essential.
  • Ideally MRICS qualified with a consistent and strong career history.
  • Extensive experience in housing association projects is crucial.
  • Strong knowledge of Section 106 agreements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
