A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a market-leading Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy in Manchester City Centre.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving consultancy with over 250 professionals and 20 offices nationwide.

Working across a broad variety of projects, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage Residential, Student Accommodation, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Hotel & Leisure schemes from inception to completion.

With no ceiling on progression opportunities, this could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to make a real impact on a team and company, someone who wants to establish themselves and progress to a Director role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• The desire to grow and manage the team, stepping into a Director role long term
