Senior Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity for a chartered and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary Consultancy.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a well-established and committed consultancy firm, supporting all stakeholders and providing sound commercial knowledge throughout the duration of High-End Residential projects.

Working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• The provision of a full range of pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services.


• Providing pre-contract services, including chairing design team meetings and managing the pre-construction phase


• Assessing value for money and administering JCT construction contracts and development agreements, including chairing meetings


• Mentoring our Assistant Surveyors in delivering our scope of services and achieving their own professional career goals

Our client is looking for an innovative individual who uses their High End Residential experience and knowledge to mitigate risk and speed up delivery. To be successful in this position, it is vital that the successful candidate has experience in JCT Contracts and strong, technical knowledge of construction.
