Relevant skills and experience:
· Career experience working in a Consultancy as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
· Experience within the residential sector is essential, ideally including new build apartments
· Experience/Desire in mentoring and developing less experienced team members
· BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, or another related Construction Degree
