Im partnered with an exciting construction business who have been acquired in the last 18 months and have a £500m investment for accelerated growth. They are making some great progress in the utilities market.
Part of that growth is to expand the commercial team, to cater for their increasing workload, and first on the list is a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Team Leader. Initially you will manage a team of 3/4 Quantity Surveyors, with real potential to expand that team in the future anywhere up to 10 Quantity Surveyors.
This is a superb opportunity for a budding leader, not only to manage a team on a £35m portfolio, but to be involved in the evolution and success of that team.
We have already placed 2 members within this company who are both really enjoying working for this business.
The role is based in Essex but offers a minimum of 2 days working remotely (after probation). It also does not require much site visits at all, plus company car, bonus, volunteering days and lots more.
