This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a modern and growing national firm with career changing opportunities down the line.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has experience working for a consultancy at a senior level on residential projects. Employers' agent experience is also essential, as well as some experience managing a team. This opportunity offers hybrid working and a very attractive salary / package.

Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Nottingham (hybrid working)
Working Hours 36.5 - Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £65k with potential car allowance

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
Must have experience working at a senior level
Must be based within a commutable distance of Nottingham
Must have consultancy experience
Must have Employers Agent experience
MRICS is not essential but advantageous
Good IT and Grammar
Full UK drivers license
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 - possibly more for the right candidate
