Apple Technical Recruitment are working with a successful Main Contractor operating in the Education, Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Leisure sectors, who are seeking to recruit an experienced and talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a new project award, c£50m+ in value.
The opportunity is to work alongside a talented Managing Quantity Surveyor on a key major project for the area, offering invaluable commerical experience for a Quantity Surveyor from a Main Contractor background living in Norfolk or Suffolk.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading all commercial management functions on the project, starting at procurement stage - including but not limited to; measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts.
