Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: South of M25
Package: £85,000 - £90,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor that was once voted one of the best companies' to work for in the UK.
Due to an incredible amount of work winning they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a variety of different projects based South of M25.
You will be working on a variety of different projects that includes Industrial, Healthcare, Offices, Data Centres and more.
Duties
The lead Senior Quantity Surveyor on a variety of projects and managing multiple teams South of the M25.
Apply the required governance and produce Subcontract documentation including negotiation of terms and conditions, prices, and programme.
Management of subcontract works packages including, interim assessments of the amount due and subsequent change management.
Produce and issue all commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors, as required by the form of contract.
Liaise with operational and engineering staff to ensure site records are kept to the standard required.
Produce detailed monthly reports and Cost Value Reconciliation's (CVR) as required by the business unit or project.
