Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveying Director of a Chartered Surveying consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager with Director/Partner ambitions.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working from their London office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall focus on leading the residential offering (as a QS and Project Manager) which will involve delivering private sector residential projects up to �25m.

Alongside project delivery (preparing budgets, cost reports, cost plans etc), the Senior Quantity Surveyor will get involved in client development, step up into a managerial role, and liaise with other departments within the practice.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably have private sector, project experience
• Ambitious and driven to progress towards Partner/Director level
• Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy / PQS practice
• MRICS or similar
• Client facing
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Project Management experience would be a plus
