Looking for a proven and dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven background working on some of the UK's most complex rail projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you would have worked ideally on the contractor side and have an in depth understanding of the Rail and / or Civil Engineering in a Rail environment.

Flexible working, 2/3 days at home, based in either South Wales or the South West.

You'd be expected to be confident with NR and NEC contracts, reporting, forecasting etc.
