Senior Quantity Surveyor l Commercial Fitout CAT A & CAT B
This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is with an established fitout specialist who has experienced healthy growth over the last 5yrs and has been successful in winning higher valued projects than in their usual portfolio, therefore the requirement is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of commercial fitout projects over �10m in value.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor within the company you will be responsible for a newly awarded CAT A fitout of �10.5m in value. The initial task will be procurement and will build into being fully responsible for this project. The role will be based in their office in Victoria, SW London with regular site visits and flexibility to work from home.
You will have worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for leading fitout contractors and be familiar with the fastrack procurement process and will have been responsible for multiple projects up to �15m in value at any one time. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have excellent knowledge of the JCT D&B contract and will have a mixture of both CAT A and CAT B fitout projects on your CV.
