They are now seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bristol.

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying function for cladding projects.


• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.


• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and financial management.


• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.


• Prepare and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor relationships.


• Provide expert advice on contractual matters and resolve any disputes that may arise.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
