This is a key position within the company, offering a competitive salary of up to �70,000 per annum along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process


• Conducting cost estimates, preparing budgets, and analyzing tenders


• Ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule


• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any commercial issues


• Providing accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field


• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within a similar regional contractor


• Solid knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
