Role Overview:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in the commercial success of our projects. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll lead commercial aspects of projects ranging from £25m to £50m.

Your responsibilities will include cost control, procurement, contract administration, and managing subcontractor accounts. We're seeking a proactive individual who can effectively manage commercial risks and drive project profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a senior role


• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead projects independently


• Experience managing projects in the range of £25m to £50m


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills


• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field


• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable
