Are you an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? This is a great opportunity to join a Contractor based in Central London working on Design& Build Projects in and around Central London valued up to �15 million.

About the role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of 1-3 projects at a time from first stages of procurement through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to clients desire, whilst leading a team of talented Quantity Surveyors whoa re eager to learn.

Requirements - Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Minimum 7 years of proven Quantity Surveying experience
• Track record managing projects up to �10 million
• Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2 years working with Design & Build (D&B) contracts
