Senior Quantity Surveyor

Mivan is a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor with a reputation for excellence and innovation. Due to continued growth and recent contract awards we have vacancies available within our Commercial team based in our HQ in Antrim.
This roles will encompass all aspects of the commercial function on construction land based projects including the following:
The preparation and management of project budgets
Procurement of subcontractors and preparation of subcontract documentation
The valuation and agreement of the cost of any variations
Preparation of monthly cost, value and reconciliation reports and final accounts.
Provision of contractual advice to the Project Team
Candidates must possess a third level Construction/Quantity Surveying qualification and have 2-5 years experience of new build and fit out type projects within private development or general construction. Suitable candidates will be articulate, pro-active with excellent commercial acumen, communication and IT skills. Experience of using the Conquest package would be an advantage.
