The Company
My client are a Leading Specialist Subcontractor expanding at a steady, yet impressive rate.
Working on projects ranging from £2-22m, they offer their clients a full envelope solution, from design through to completion.
Works include: Rainscreen Cladding, Curtain Walling, Windows, SFS, Recladding.
HQ based in Essex.
The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor - Facade
My client are looking to appoint as experienced Quantity Surveyor, who has a background knowledge in facade systems / projects.
This role will be predominately office based with visits to sites in London.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will:
• Estimate, prepare and submit detailed cost plans, bills of quantities and other tender documents
• Identify, evaluate and prepare variations to the contract
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations and invoices for works completed
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
