Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join their team and play a key role in the commercial team. The role will be split between the head office in Gloucester and sites, predominantly in the South East.Main RoleControl of the commercial element of contracts ranging in value from £100k to £4m.The role will include the following duties -
* Working collaboratively with Clients' Project Management teams, the contractor, and other suppliers engaged in delivering the projects
* Preparing Bills of Quantities
* Preparing cost plans and estimates
* Assisting with writing contract documents
* Assisting with the administration of contracts
* Ensuring that budget management and reporting for the schemes are robust, complete and accurate
