Senior Quantity Surveyor | Wakefield | up to £80,000 | main contractor
A major, award-winning contractor with multiple regional offices, have big plans for 2024!
With lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially provide support on major, landmark projects on a wide range of residential properties in for a number of established national clients.
In your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting a Commercial team lead by a Commercial Director and Managing Quantity Surveyors and offering guidance and support to the Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors within the team, costing for projects valued over £20m.
If you are successful in your application, as Senior Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a dynamic Commercial team within a company that offer a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a Senior role.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have prior experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position:
Previous experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
