Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building - Client Side – West MidlandsUp to £72,500 + Travel Allowance, health and Pension and hybrid working availableThis is exciting and challenging opportunity with a leading name in the project and construction management arena to act as the clients commercial representative. The requirement is for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, to work on commercial projects to include new business parks, industrial warehousing and distribution centres.You will have sole responsibility for schemes up to £20million in value where projects will involve a `partnering` arrangement, where the client and project team will form a non-adversarial single unit which will ensure the effective and efficient management of each project.This opportunity could be the stepping stone to an Associate role within the group in the medium to longer term and should be regarded as an opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to further their career and manage their own projects.Key Criteria:Qualified QS, BSc Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementCost Management, Consultancy or Client-Side ExperiencePrevious exposure to Commercial and Industrial projectsPlease apply in strict confidence to Jamie Pearson quoting the reference: JP924Senior Quantity Surveyor – SQS – Senior QS – Client Side
