About the role
Churchill are keen to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to become part of the Eastern commercial team, overseeing new retirement developments in the region.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the entire financial cycle for up to three contracts at any one time: from the preparation of anticipated build costs, through to the procurement, payment and final evaluation of subcontractors.
Reporting to the Commercial & Construction Director, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and exposure, as you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of key internal stakeholders including Land, Design and Technical teams, through to the Managing Director. You'll also be collaborating with our external contractors, suppliers and consultants; agreeing trading terms and contract negotiations.
