Senior Quantity Surveyor

I have been asked to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor for my client who has a new regional office close to Manchester.
My client is a specialist contractor providing reinforced concrete structures to the residential, commercial and Civil Engineering sectors. They currently turnover between £40-50 m per annum and are looking to increase this significantly with the establishment of the new regional office.
I am looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is experienced with the commercial management of reinforced concrete packages- this could be with an RC frame subcontractor or indeed a main contractor in the Civil Engineering industry.
The successful applicant will become a Managing QS once the commercial team has been built and established in the NW region.
On offer is a solid starting salary of between £80-90k along with a benefits package to be confirmed at interview stage.
