Our client is a growing business with expected turnover of 90mil by years end. Experience is residential groundworks is essential.About the Role:- Controlling cost of groundworks projects to ensure efficiency and profitability.- Be able to manage multiple projects at different stages of build.- Work part of a team with other QS / AQS.- Lead and support with negotiations with the client on contractual issues.- Ability to present specifications and quotes for clients.- Successful candidate will work mainly officed based, but site visits will be required on occasion.
