Senior Quantity Surveyor - LondonReactive Maintenance & Void Contracts - Social Housing/Property ServicesUp to £75,000 Plus PackageOur client, an established maintenance contractor based in the South East, are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their property services division.As a business, they have a turnover of over £70 million Per Annum. They currently deliver day to day responsive repairs, planned maintenance & general construction projects across the UK. With a number of long term contracts already secured and further exciting frameworks and projects in the pipeline, this is an incredible opportunity to join a reputable and established business with long term security and career prospects.This role is to join the commercial department for the property services division. My client are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a Commercial manager, however they would consider an Senior Quantity Surveyor that is looking for a step up.Day to day responsibilities will include;Cost planningClosing out and Setting up contracts commerciallyManage a team of 3-4 commercial surveyorsLiaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budgetReconcile cost/value reports & profit forecastsWorking off the NHF Schedule of ratesApprove sub-contractors & supplier paymentsAttending & Charing progress meetings with clientsRegular on site visitsOverlook P&L with operational leadsCash flow managementThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basis.
