Senior Quantity Surveyor - BuildYorkshire£60k-£70k + Car/Allowance + Generous BenefitsTier 1 Contractor - Permanent Role This role is brought to us by a multi-faceted Tier 1 Contractor who are well known and well respected for delivering a variety of high profile schemes up to £50m across the country. With a mix of public and private sector clients in the pipeline we are being tasked with identifying a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial control of one of their upcoming schemes in the Yorkshire region from their West Yorkshire Office.Role/requirements as follows:• Experience as a commercial lead on projects ranging between £20m to £50m• Working knowledge of various forms of contract (2 Stage, D&B & management forms)• Regular reviews of project performance to ensure and improve commercial success• Attending valuation meetings with client representatives• Reporting broad range of project financials to high management• Support & mentor others on the team• Input with Bid Team on proposals What's in it for you?Apart from a great pipeline work with a cash rich company one the big draws for this company is the way they look after their staff.
