Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a main contractor across two live residential development projects in Cambridge between £50M - £120M. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for budget preparation and estimates, progress reports, final account preparation, client interaction and attend various design team / site meetings.Key Responsibilities:Report to Surveying Director, Project Director, and Project ManagerCoordinate with Design Team for specificationsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsUpdate Surveying Director on project statusReview and analyze tender inquiriesEstimate and tender for projectsNegotiate cost-effective projectsOrganize pre-award meetings with subcontractorsMonitor subcontracting and on-site packagesHandle subcontractor payments and variationsPrepare final accountsMonitor costs and attend cost reporting meetingsPerform cashflow forecastingStay updated on industry changesExecute assigned duties and projectsQualifications & Experience:Quantity Surveying degreeMinimum 5 years professional experienceStrong understanding of specifications and drawingsExpertise in extracting quantities and issuing inquiriesComputer literate in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying PackagesProven track record in
