An exciting opportunity has come up to work on a commercial project in Maidenhead. Our client is a tier 1 business, looking for a SQS to progress and grow within the business.

The redevelopment will transform the 112,000 sq ft former office to a Cat A standard and includes a two-storey extension to create a further 21,500 sq ft to the existing building. �40 million Legal & General office redevelopment, sitting on a prominent 1.4-acre site next to the train station.

This project prioritises retain and reuse principles over a full demolition and new-build approach with a full strip out of the existing four-storey building to create a smarter sustainable office.
