Senior Quantity surveyor

Brilliant and exciting new opportunity for a Senior or Quantity surveyor based in South London

Our client a high-end successful company are looking for a senior/ Quantity surveyor to join their team to lead their projects with a surveyor working under them. For this role ideally, they are after someone with residential background and main contractor.

As under NDA project details cannot be disclosed. The main work scheme will be Residential projects, Drylining and RC frame. This role needs someone with an immediate start and main contractor background. Our client has significant experience of using innovation to deliver complex projects across a range of industries, including in education, residential, commercial, healthcare, justice and emergency services and they pride themselves on maximise value for customers and efficiently deliver high performance buildings that enhance and provide a positive impact to enhance the places and communities around them. For this ole our client I looking to pay a competitive day rate with guaranteed 12 months contract of work.
