Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in refurbishment or fit out, thinking about a fresh start?Fawkes And Reece are proud to be working with regional contractor who specialise in commercial interior shop fitting across retail, commercial, hospitality and leisure sectors. My clients pride themselves on their client focus and excellent attention to detail, ensuring they are constantly providing the highest standards. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for working on state of the art refurbishment and fit out projects primarily across restaurants, bars and hotels. Typical project values range from £50k- - £4m.Duties include but are not limited to:To be involved in negotiation of prices and obtaining quotes for works, materials and plant as required in compliance with company procedureTo quality check invoice details from all suppliers, ensuring the company gets value for money on all jobs carried out.To build strong relationships with our customers to ensure open communication and expectations of invoicing is met at all times.To prepare and submit regular and accurate cost/value reports. To manage the commercial aspects of subcontracts in compliance with commercial procedures.
