A successful, award-winning multidisciplinary Consultancy based in Nottingham is seeking to recruit a committed, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.The Senior Quantity Surveyor RoleThe appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a well-established, professional team handling a diverse portfolio of projects across Defense, Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.The company offers a flexible, hybrid working policy, allowing 2 days of office work per week, and fosters a positive working environment that values its employees.This consultancy has a strong reputation for internal advancement, and with a flat company structure, there are ample opportunities for career growth. This role presents an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take on more responsibility, progress to an Associate level, and have a meaningful impact within the organization.Key Responsibilities include:Liaising directly with clientsManaging junior members of the teamRunning Design Team Meetings, reporting on cost control mattersCost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and commercial reportingManaging large & complex projects with responsibility for project cost controlThe Senior Quantity SurveyorGood pre and post contract knowledge / ability to run projects to completionClient facingExperience working within a UK Cost ConsultancyRICS accredited degreeIdeally MRICS or working towardsIn Return?
