Having a number of live sites across Cornwall, the company are actively looking for a self sufficient and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and lead new build residential development in Truro.
As the Senior QS on site, you will be required to take commercial responsibility for the scheme from procurement to final account. With support from your site team, you will ensure high standards of account management and customer liaison, cost control, risk management and accurate reporting.
Applicants should possess: A proven track record in a Senior Quantity Surveying roleExtensive house building experience with recognised developers and/or contractorsExcellent communication and management skillsA good understanding of construction methods and materialsA min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subjectFully IT literateThe company are able to accommodate agile working and provide staff with a generous benefits package including pension, healthcare, share incentives and employee rewards scheme.
