About the Role
Youll provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a geographical focused team, managing your own projects, preferably from Stage 2. Responsible for the provision of accurate and timely commercial reports, youll provide advice to the management team, whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
About You
An experienced Senior Surveyor, youll ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS.CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial, youll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £10 and £30 million and will have managed quantity surveyors on large contracts.
