Our client is a growing business with expected turnover of £90mil by years end. Experience is residential groundworks is essential.About the Role:- Controlling cost of groundworks projects to ensure efficiency and profitability.- Be able to manage multiple projects at different stages of build.- Work part of a team with other QS / AQS.- Lead and support with negotiations with the client on contractual issues.- Ability to present specifications and quotes for clients.- Successful candidate will work mainly officed based, but site visits will be required on occasion.About You:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.- Ability to present specifications and quotes for clients.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Benefits:- Competitive salary + Car Allowance.- Strong client base with a full order book.- Potential for hybrid working.- Clear progression.- Pension, Death in Service, Bonus Scheme.- 23 days holiday + BH.If you are interested to know more, please don’t hesitate to apply.
