With options for a fully managed service provision or a single discipline, we deliver a tailored resource solution to meet your project needs.Mission StatementADEO aim to provide a comprehensive range of totally managed, professional, multi-disciplined commercial support services within the construction industry.ResponsibilitiesKeeping cost records and agreement of costsUndertaking management of allocated Control Accounts with site team, which include value draw and out-turn forecast/ spend profilingAssisting in the Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, Forecasting Tool, CEMAR, Projectwise)Overseeing Management of SubcontractorsBeing responsible for the procurement of packages as the work proceedsRequirementsHave a minimum 5 experience as a Quantity Surveyor before you can be considered for a Senior QS position.Demonstrated that you are able to manage medium sized projects independently (1 – 5 million).Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVR’s) against budget on projects.Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project.Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiativeExcellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.Ability to encourage and support junior members of the team.24 days holiday + Bank holidays!Pension SchemeSick PayWellness/ Wellbeing initiatives (including counselling sessions!)Free onsite ParkingReferral ProgrammeCompany EventsClosed over Christmas and New YearWhy work for ADEO?Adeo is a dynamic company committed to supplying commercial efficiency into our client’s business.
