Senior Quantity Surveyor

Build Recruitment is currently partnered with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with their search for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor. They will play a crucial role within the cost management team, contributing to ongoing innovation, quality, and expansion. Their support to the team management will ensure the seamless delivery of numerous projects while maintaining consistently high service standards for esteemed clients. These projects encompass a broad spectrum, with costs ranging from £1m to well over £400m. The team oversees a diverse array of projects, guiding them from initial concepts and business cases through design phases, procurement, and finally, construction.
