Senior Quantity Surveyor

Great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Southeast construction team!Location: Southeast Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive What will you be responsible for? As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be a key part of the commercial team working on projects that range in value from £10M - £80MAdvising on financial feasibility of projects at early stagesOrganising the division of projects into component work packages for procurementAssessing returns from sub-contractors and awarding work packagesNegotiating with subcontractor supply chain to achieve best value Monitoring and measuring actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure in the form of CVRLeading a team of experienced Surveyors
What are they looking for? Expert Knowledge of NEC and JCT contractsPrior experience in acting as the commercial lead on high value construction projectsDegree qualifiedBased within the Southeast region / Cambridge area Experience working on projects £20m+
