A small, family feel Quantity Surveying & Project Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Cardiff office.The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit commercial team of 7, getting involved in Employers Agent and QS duties on an exciting and diverse range of projects.Working across all sectors of the built environment, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of varied schemes to sink their teeth into. Current busy sectors include Heritage & Conservation(Listed Buildings & Castles), Residential, Hotels, Retail and Automotive.A friendly and flexible working environment, usually working from the office 2-3 days a week and from home or site the remainder.This could be the perfect opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a relaxed but professional environment.
