Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor based in Richmond.

You will be working on a mix�of projects, usually 3 at any one time which will range in value from �2-�5mil. These will be across sectors in commercial, residential educational, and leisure for both refurbishment and new build projects.

Ideally you will have experience across a range of sectors and be able to easily work with different projects at any one time. You will also be degree educated and come from a permanent work history displaying longevity and loyalty in your roles.

This is an office based role with visit to sites when required, all of which are within the M25.

As part of this role you will be responsible for submitting valuations, variations, negotiating costs, placing orders and�performing take offs for materials.
