Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading building envelope contractor providing high-quality facades and cladding projects across the UK. Their primary focus involves completing remediation projects on commercial and high-rise buildings, working on a number of high-profile schemes across the country.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a range of large cladding remediation projects.

Requirements: To qualify for this position you must be degree qualified and have experience within the facades/cladding sector.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

• Take the lead in all financial matters related to cladding projects
• Manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement processes
• Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying potential areas for cost-saving measures
• Collaborate with the project team to monitor and control project expenses
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior members of the quantity surveying team
