Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for exciting opportunity in Canterbury, Kent. �70 - �85k plus flexible package�

Our client is a multiple award winning national contractor�opperating on multiple projects across the South East, specialising in the new build residentilal and care sectors.

Due to continued expansion and building on an excellent reputation for quality and delivery, our client is looking to add to the team and employ a permanent Quantity Surveyor for a project based opportunity in Canterbury, Kent. The project is a �25m redevelopment of a historic parcel of land,�ultimately delivering a number of private residential units a new build care home and , all the associated ground works and�landscaping to create a beautiful environment.�

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the project delivery team. The candidate will have full responsibility for financial delivery of either all 3 phases of the development and the commercial team, or two phases while overseeing another QS on another phase.�

Candidates will need:

• Demonstrate-able experience of working on similar sized developments


• New build experience


• Full driving licence�


• Able�to travel to Canterbury on a daily basis. Preferably based in Kent.�


• Will have appropriate commercial qualifications
