Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a project in Harrow, North West London.

The development consists of 250 units, mixture of RC Frame and Traditional build, total value �80m. You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commercial.

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading RC frame developments in excess of �75m.

In return our client is offering �85k - �95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
