Senior Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are working with�a reputable main contractor who are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a flagship project in Manchester! This will involve working on a highly sought after project as part of a supportive commercial team.

• ��Experience on large scale new build projects

Duties will include:

• Client management .�


• Weekly and monthly reporting to the Commercial Manager.


• Mentoring the commercial team.


• Agreeing main contract sums.


• Managing variations and claims.


• Managing the cash flow.


• �Procuring materials and subcontractors.


• �Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers


• Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.


• Preparation of final accounts.


• Managing claims/ disputes.
