Senior quantity surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity surveyor looking for your next challenge?

Our client, a large tier 1 contractor, has the oppurtunity for a Senior Quantity surveyor to join their team, working on a large -scale rail project. Due to the Clients success, they are looking to expand their team, giving one individual the opportunity to be part of something special.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring cost control and adherence to budgets, preparing the bills for the labour, materials and services required on the project, projecting time lines of the project and liaising with the construction team, commercial and project manager.

Experience

• 8+ years experience as a Quantity surveyor
• Previous experience working on the rail sector, ideally a Tier 1 contractor
• Bsc or Msc in Quantity Surveying
• prominent experience in NEC contracts
