�450-�500 Per Day Outside IR35

Must have Right to Work in UK

The initial project is a �10m hospital project delivering the new diagnostics wing in Frimley Park Hospital. You will ideally have been working as a Quantity Surveyor for the last 7+�years, specifically on projects up to �10m in various sectors.�

Working on behalf of an independent construction consultancy, you would be managing the MEP sub-contract on behalf of a main contractor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of Quantity Surveying


• Quantity Surveying Degree Qualified


• Proficient in Excel


• Detailed knowledge of Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying role within Construction

• Previous Healthcare Project Experience
