Senior Quantity Surveyor

A close knit Quantity Surveying consultancy with a bulk of new projects secured are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy London office, a short distance from Waterloo.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Owner of the practice is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is able to come in, pick up a project and run with it independently, with senior support in the background.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will mainly work on projects valuing between �1m and �5m within the education and healthcare sector.

An ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Senior ambitions, or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• PQS / Cost management work history
• Pre and post contract experience
• Able to run a project independently
