Senior Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (No.2), to assist with the delivery�of a �50M New Build development in Bristol for their client Unite.�

Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who specialise in Commercial Build projects across the UK, over multiple sectors. This project is being built by the Living Space division, or more specifically within the Student Accommodation sector that equates to around 75% of the business. This will be a site based role with support in the form of an associated Commercial team that includes a Commercial Lead (No.1), and roaming Commercial Manager / Director.�

Due to the nature of the scheme, previous experience in RC Frame, High Rise Accommodation, Internal Fit Out and Refurbishment would be beneficial. Additional sector experience within Student Accommodation and schemes of this value would obviously be of benefit.�
